After years of providing planning, training and marketing consultative and creative services for our clients, Kingery & Company realized a need to reimagine the traditional meeting experience, creating a place where peace and productivity meet. 

 

The Retreat at One Creative Place is a meeting venue and co-working space for change makers, corporate and nonprofit professionals, as well as K&Co. clientele.

 

Boasting 7,000 square feet, along with a large covered deck overlooking a lush forest, The Retreat is surrounded by natural beauty in the hills of Charleston at Northgate Business Park.  It has a modern, airy, relaxed atmosphere. In two words, it is “West Virginia”. It is a place to Meet. In Peace.

The Retreat Offers
 

SPACE RENTAL

Reserve a room or the entire venue to conduct your own meeting or training. Space options include:

Make it Matter

A conference room ideal for board and other meetings that comfortably seats 10-12.  Direct access to kitchen and deck.

Where Everybody is Somebody

A training or event room for up to 30 people that can be set up in classroom style, horseshoe, circle, with or without tables. 

We are Social

An open, unique co-working space where ceilings touch the sky, windows frame lush trees and West Virginia wildlife, and there’s room to move.

Treetop Lounge

A nonconventional meeting space with velvet swivel chairs, table space, deck access and plenty of room for up to 12 people to move, be inspired and get things done in a comfortable setting. 

Until it’s Done

A small, but mighty meeting room for up to six people where ideas bounce off the walls and productivity flies.

The Hideaway

A unique Executive Office with privacy and focus that gets tasks marked off your to-do list.

The Bird’s Nest

An enlarged back deck with rocking chairs and work tables surrounded by the sights and sounds of West Virginia wildlife.

Booking Information
 

  • Rent space by the hour, day or month.  Minimum of two-hours. 

  • Deposit due at booking.

  • Pay remaining balance day of.

  • If total amount paid at booking, receive 10% discount.

  • Cancellation policy: notify us 7 days prior to training/event. If notification is within 7 days, then deposit is non-refundable.
