The Pause is a series of yoga classes designed to help the student step back and step in tune with nature. Through a study of the dynamic energetic changes that take place in nature, students will learn techniques and yoga postures every month that will enrich their lives and help them live mindfully and with intention.

The Balancing Act- When we balance, we align our body’s center of gravity with the earth’s gravitational field. However, to properly balance, we must constantly calibrate our center of gravity, moment to moment. As we head into fall, join us for a practice centered on finding your balance.
On Time Travel And Acceptance- Did you know that time travel is real? Take time to practice staying in the moment in this engaging, and meditative practice.
Let It Goooo- As the leaves shed their leaves in autumn, take time to reflect on what it is in your life that is no longer feeding you. Learn tools for letting go of harmful thoughts, habits, and people.
Gratitude-Take time to reflect on the beauty of your life, in this meditative flow practice. Enjoy a gratitude based guided meditation.
You are Not Alone- The holidays can be a time of overwhelm for many. Take time to contemplate your place in this world in this practice based upon the things that connect us.
