The Pause is a series of yoga classes designed to help the student step back and step in tune with nature. Through a study of the dynamic energetic changes that take place in nature, students will learn techniques and yoga postures every month that will enrich their lives and help them live mindfully and with intention.

Self-Care Session-Self Care is more than a massage or face mask. Self-care starts with getting in touch with our Self, taking time to listen to our inner voice, in this yin yoga/restorative yoga practice.
Go With the Flow- The element of water is immutable, constantly re-making itself to fit its circumstances. As we head into spring, take time to step in flow with nature.
Why So Serious? -Reclaim your joy. Tap into the things that make you joyful with this fun, gratitude-based practice.
Motherhood Guilt and Other Minor Annoyances-As women we work hard to fulfill everyone’s needs, but are still made to feel that we are not good enough. This practice focuses on letting go of these expectations of others, and re-connecting with our inner joy.
Its Okay to Play-Remember that it’s okay to try new things and have fun, with this fun, invigorating yoga practice.
Through the Fire-Stoke your inner-fire in this heat-building, mindful moving meditation.
The Balancing Act- When we balance, we align our body’s center of gravity with the earth’s gravitational field. However, to properly balance, we must constantly calibrate our center of gravity, moment to moment. As we head into fall, join us for a practice centered on finding your balance.
On Time Travel And Acceptance- Did you know that time travel is real? Take time to practice staying in the moment in this engaging, and meditative practice.
Let It Goooo- As the leaves shed their leaves in autumn, take time to reflect on what it is in your life that is no longer feeding you. Learn tools for letting go of harmful thoughts, habits, and people.
